Information about Pre-Orders
What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order means that you purchase a product that is not yet in stock. This guarantees that you will receive the item as soon as it arrives with us. Pre-ordering is especially useful for popular products that tend to sell out quickly.
When Will My Pre-Order Be Delivered?
We fully understand that you’d like to know when your pre-order will arrive. Unfortunately, we often cannot provide an exact date. Manufacturers rarely disclose a fixed delivery date, as international transport processes are complex and delays are quite common.
On average, we know approximately one week before shipping when a product will be ready to dispatch. As soon as we have information, we will inform you via email straight away.
Do You Ship Pre-Orders in Partial Shipments?
By default, we do not ship partial deliveries.
We ship your order only once all items are in stock. This helps avoid double shipping costs and extra handling fees for both you and us.
Would you prefer partial shipping? There are three ways to arrange this:
Placing Separate Orders
If you place pre-ordered products in separate orders, they will be shipped individually as they become available. Please note that shipping costs apply to each order.
Requesting a Partial Shipment
Contact us if you would like to receive part of your order earlier. We’ll check whether a partial shipment is possible. You’ll then receive a payment link for the additional shipping and handling costs.
Collecting Available Items In-Store
You may also choose to pick up any items that have already arrived at our store free of charge. As soon as part of your order is delivered to us, you’ll receive an email with further instructions.
Can I Cancel My Pre-Order?
Cancelling a pre-order is not always possible.
It depends on the type of product. Some products are ordered specifically for you or even custom-made. These items can be difficult to sell to another customer, which may result in unsold stock.
We assess each situation individually:
whether it’s still early enough to cancel the order with the manufacturer or supplier;
whether we can confidently sell the item to another customer.
Of course, we always try to find the most favourable solution for you. Please contact us if you wish to discuss cancelling your pre-order.
Can the Price of My Pre-Order Change?
In very rare cases, the selling price of a pre-order may change. This only happens if the manufacturer or supplier adjusts the official retail price.
We always adhere to the official retail price set by the brand or supplier. If a price increase becomes necessary, we will:
inform you by email with an explanation;
send a payment request for the additional amount.
Of course, in such a case, you will also have the option to cancel your pre-order. We assess these situations case by case, as some products may have been specially ordered or produced for you. We will always work with you to find the most favourable solution, as we understand that price changes are inconvenient for our customers.
