Shipping & Returns

At Pole Position, we do our best to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. We care about the environment, so we reuse shipping boxes and recycle protective materials whenever possible.

Once your order has been handed over to the postal service, it can no longer be changed or canceled. If you no longer wish to receive your order after it has been shipped, you can refuse the package at the door.

Return Policy

In accordance with legal regulations, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of receipt. Within this period, you may return your order, provided that the product is in its original condition: in its original packaging and – in the case of clothing – with all tags still attached.
